"I called digrite as required and , received the emails and faxes from everyone that was notified and all of the flags were placed around the scope of work. The reason for calling digrite is for the protection of the contractor or the home owner. Johnpaul masonry follows all of the rules and regulations applied by state law. If any home owner has put irrigation systems or lighting cables ect, ect. on their own or thru an outside company then the home owner needs to make this aware at the time of the bid. Call the people u have hired or spray the area with paint. So, please communicate and I will take the time to listen."
"the rain is a burden, on my company and I will never tear down a chimney to rebuild if thier is rain in the forcast. This is the rainey season and work is always slow to get started. I do not do my own brick work if rain is moving in or it is alredy raining so why should I treat my custumers any different. Even a duck knows to get out of the rain So, on rain days I tell people they have to give me 2 days more to get there so, if it keeps raining then yes the job may drag on."
