The grout used on our shower floor has been coming up immediately. John came back twice to try and address the problem, and even though we let the shower dry for 36 hours after grouting it is still coming up. Although the price was good, and John was responsive by coming back twice, we are very dissatisfied with the result.

John was quick to return my calls, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was impeccable - fixing a leak by re-caulking/grouting my shower. Major problem solved at a reasonable price. Very happy. Would recommend John to anyone!

He's been my tile man for quite a few years. I highly recommend him. He's done my kitchen, three of my bathrooms, & my basement. Some jobs are now 15 years old and all still looks good. He is very good with great design ideas I wouldn't have even thought of myself. I recommend him to all my friends. He shows up when he says he will. He's easy & a pleasure to deal with. Never in a bad mood. I would never even consider anyone else. He is very good!
