John's Appliance Repair

John answered my call and responded immediately. Quick to answer a text and was very affordable. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for an appliance repairman.

He did a great job. Very proficient! I highly recommend him.

I was pleased to have such prompt service since the food in my freezer had thawed.  John came the day I called.  Gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and the possible way to fix it.  I was pleased with the service and will use him again. <br />

It went okay and it was still working. They're fairly new; they were a bit delay but they did it.

I came home on Thursday afternoon to find water on the kitchen floor and the refrigerator and freezer warming up. I started calling repair places after five fifteen pm and John was the only one who spoke with me directly and made an appointment with me for Friday. John said he would call me between three and five pm to let me know he was on the way and he called me right around three thirty. He let me know he would be at my house in the next thirty minutes and he arrived within that timeframe. John knew immediately what was the issue with the refrigerator and had the problem corrected within 15 minutes. He tested the refrigerator to make sure it was performing properly and gave us a few tips on how to keep the problem from occurring again.  John is very personable and we plan to recommend him when our customers ask about appliance issues! <br />

I had a frig that was not cooling. John came out and said it needed a part which he had on hand and installed. Upon leaving, he said it was cooling, however, later that evening it was not cooling. I called John in the morning and he came out promptly and concluded that the compressor had gone out so I ended up having the frig hauled off and got a new one. <br />

<p>The whole process was painless.  I'm glad to now have an appliance repair person that I can trust.  I'll use John for all my appliances in the future.</p> <br />

Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he determined the source of our problem. John explained what the part was that needed to be replaced and the expense. He ordered it from our home before he left and said he would be back to install it on Tuesday between 12 and 2 PM. John was extremely punctual, polite and efficient. We are pleased to know that we now have an appliance repairman we can call upon and trust. <br />

Our 10-year old Maytag Neptune washer developed mold on the rubber boot inside the door opening. John was recommended to me by a local appliance store. I spoke to John on Friday; he ordered the part and installed it on Monday afternoon. The part is not a simple rubber seal. The rubber boot is huge and replacement is rather tricky. John did a fantastic job at a very fair price. We will definitely call John any time we need an appliance repair - he works on all the brands we own. <br />

Very well considering age of the washer. John found a replacement part through word of mouth and the internet. I was able to resume doing laundry at the house. <br />
