John responded rapidly to our need for washing machine repair. We made an appointment and he arrived on time. The diagnosis and repair was completed quickly.

John, was awesome! I asked for 3 quotes and he was the only one who called! He replied right away with my request and was there the next day. He had to order a part, but the job was finished within a few days! He would call to advise when he would be there and was prompt and very professional! I would definitely hire him again!

John ordered the part and installed part to our satisfaction. I thought it was a bit pricey although nothing was wrong with the service or the timing of the job.
