Our daily goal and standard is to provide our clients with the best service and hauling experience at a reasonable and competitive price. We specialize in residential and commercial bulk trash removal. Our mission is to raise the bar in the hauling industry by displaying a new level of accountability and dedication to our clients and community. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any of your hauling needs! JD Hefty Haulers is a licensed and bonded company. Any quotes given from pictures are soft quotes and subject to change if the pictures don’t depict the true size of the load and/or material being dumped. Any load that is more than a half pickup requires a non refundable deposit. Craig and his associate Mr. Frank were very perfessonal, courteous, understanding, timely, hard working and very knowledgeable and efficient in their task of removal of the bulky items I with damage to my home. I will hire them again for any projects I have in near future.

Craig contacted me a few minutes after the job was posted on Angi. We arranged to have him come by two days later in the morning. We texted one another the next day to confirm. He showed up and did the job on time as agreed. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend him.

Craig called to set up a date and time within 5 minutes of my submitted search at Angi. He is a go-getter, very polite, prompt, kind and fast. It went very fast, they had to make 2 trips (almost 30 years of junk) so they put some of it in the back yard. When they collected the rest from the yard you couldn't tell they were here. Very professional and helpful, worth every dime! The price was very reasonable.

Great. Craig is very professional. This may not seem like a word applicable to a simple hauling debris disposal service, but it is easily applicable to Johnson-Frags. The owner answered the phone promptly and politely. He stopped by in the evening to scope out the job. He charged exactly what he said it would be. He called when he was enroute and arrived a little early. He and his partner removed everything, and swept the floor of our garage. His demeanor and phone manners were very cordial and professional.

It was an excellent experience. Mr. Johnson-Draggs and staff arrived ahead of schedule. They were professional, responsive to my concerns about disposal of my items. Very well organized and observant, moved some heavy items upstairs that were not part of the job. They saw a need and helped without being asked. A great company I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I will use them again and recommend to others.

I had a great experience with Johnson & Draggs Heft Haulers from start to finish. My initial contact was on Monday for a quote request. Craig asked a few questions and requested a picture of one of the items. I received my quote within minutes of sending the picture. I was able to be scheduled for pickup the same week and provided a two hour window for appointment time. The day before pickup I received a confirmation text confirming date and time. Craig and his helper arrived within the 2 hour with smiles despite sweltering heat. I would definitely use their services again!
