Excellent service very professional

I purchased a deal for carpet cleaning and it really was a deal, because Richard and his grandson Spencer removed almost every single stain from the carpet, which is saying a LOT (a tiny bit of glitter glue remains, but the dog urine, grape juice, and other assorted stains are gone--sorry if that's TMI). Richard's work is superb, and he is super-efficient and professional. He reached out to me repeatedly to schedule the work and called when he was delayed. Since it was raining the night that he arrived, he was extremely careful to wipe his shoes and the equipment so as not to track dirt onto the carpet, which I really appreciated. My family, which normally is pretty oblivious to anything in the house except the refrigerator, was very impressed. Richard was chatty with my kids and my dog all while he made sure the carpet was CLEAN. I would and will hire him again.

Fantastic. We were thrilled with the service. We were in a bind and needed quick service (another vendor cancelled on us) and they were very accommodating and did an unbelievable job, which was probably a bit more than he bargained for, as the carpets were badly stained. He took it as a challenge and wouldn't leave until he was satisfied, and he had even higher standards than we had. We will never use anyone else, coupon or no coupon.

They did a very good job. They got out all of the spots. I would use them again.

Rich was very professional and punctual, he also helped moving our furniture . he cleaned the carpet nicely and it came out to be clean where our kids had spilled variety of juice/chocolates and marked with markers stains. I will use Rich again.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Richard provided an arrival window which was accurate. He cleaned multiple rooms and steps with numerous spots. The carpet looks NEW. Richard Johnson was extremely professional and very accommodating. This by far, was the BEST and most PROFESSIONAL experience we have encountered with any carpet cleaning service.
