this is the second time we've had john's painting do work for us. both jobs turned out perfect. we could not be happier. the work was done when he said it would be and finished when he said it would be. when the work was done the only way you could tell he was there were the rooms where a different color. john's does outstanding work, very reasonable, and very professional. would never consider using any one else.

Last month he rehabilitated and repainted our patio door, and also repainted our front porch. The job was done quickly and done right. When he painted our house, he did such a good job that our next door neighbors had him paint theirs. <br />

John came to our place and gave us an estimate of the job. We agreed to the price and he took a piece of the peeling paint to match the color and scheduled the date and time for the work. We used a pressure washer to remove as much of the peeling paint as possible. John arrived on time and applied a primer/sealer over the exposed areas of siding before applying the paint. When finished painting he did a thorough clean up of the area. The wall looks great! <br /> John gave us an itemized bill with the receipts for the primer and paint attached. <br /> Although it was a west facing wall on a 100+ degree day, John continued work as promised and did an excellent job. <br />

It went very very well for the 4 1/2 days. His preparation was really good. I took all the pictures off the walls. He taped all of the woodwork and covered all of the furniture and items that did not move easily. He did not waste time or product. I requested a dark color on one wall in the dining room and he accepted the challenge and gave 2 coats to insure even coverage. When I called him to get an estimate, I was most impressed with his politeness over the phone. He came and looked the project over, gave me an estimate, and I hired him on the spot. I was confident that he was going to do a good job and I was not disappointed. Every day he was right on time and was willing to accommodate my schedule a couple of times. At the end of the day, he cleaned up all his tools. I purhased the paint and he furnished everything else that he needed. I felt at ease the whole time and enjoyed having him join me for lunch - enjoyed some good conversation. I recommend John's Painting and know he will do a fine job. <br />

John has painted our condos in the past and we were happy use him again. There are 8 2-story units with cedar siding. Painting included front doors and garage doors and some decks as requested by homeowners. He completed all the services listed in our agreement at a very fair price. <br />
