John was great. Quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was replacing the water line to the fridge, which he did not try to upsell me on. I just bought a new line and put it in myself.

These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard.

8/6/2024 Victor came at 1:40 and left at 2:30 after opening the drywall to find the drain pipe from the upstairs bathtub. 8/7/2024 Gerson came at 1:15 and opened up more drywall and replaced the drain pipe. Left around 5 o'clock. 8/15/2024 9:00 to 11:50 Oscar replaced the drywall and patched the ceiling, not sanded or painted.

John did the work. He was so nice & professional. He's the best.

John's plumbing was great! I was under alot of stress, he was able to calm me down and came to my Duplex at 9:30pm to stop my flooding! They were very specific in informing me of my situation and supporting me with tips on how to prevent issues again! Very perfessional! Will definitely use their services again!

I found Johns plumbing online and called them for gas line repair because gas company told us we had a leak at home. John came to my house, found a leak and gave a fair estimate for gas leak repair. He completed the job within couple hours. Highly recommend John’s plumbing and drain services
