The gate of my fence is not working, I can't get in or out using the gate. he's been out to fix this at least 5 times and his son comes here as well to fix it few times. Then march this year I contacted them again and sent 5 emails before getting a respond from them. After that, I contacted them again last April 16 about the same issue. He informed me that he will go and fix it but he didn't show up. I sent them more emails and text messages but this time they didn't respond anymore. I still have our conversation
