Property 1. Was halfway done and stopped showing up. Did not answer calls. Left debris. Property 2: Said he was done, asked for a recieved $2000.00 for 4 hrs work. When I checked, work incomplete. He told me he would return, and he just " needed parts" , never saw him again and he stopped returning texts and calls.
