Great good work

He was very efficient and accommodating. He has great attention to detail and did even more work than was required. He was very professional and cleaned up well after he was he done.

He does a very good job on everything does. He is quite conscientious, and he noticed some other home improvements that needed to be made. He prevented a lot of damage from my leaking A/C!

He is fabulous, hes compassionate, great communicator, and show's up on time. Highly recommend.

The first time he came out was last year to fix my roof. There was damage done to my roof after hurricane Irma. Recently, there was some more storm damage done to my roof. So he fixed my roof and my soffit. He even adjusted the price lower when the job went under budget. He's a great guy that does a lot of work for other houses in the neighborhood. I highly recommend him.

He is a jack of all trades. I’ve yet to find something he can’t do. I give him exceptional marks on everything he has ever done and that's a lot of things. Very detailed oriented type of guy that takes a lot of pride in what he does. He has done several different jobs for me. First job that he did he reinforced my dock as it didn't feel sturdy. Fixed a leak behind my soffit, he had to remove all the plywood and then fixed everything and it looks good as new. He did electrical work to fix my boat lift. After hurricane Irma he helped clean and remove debris and trees that was on my house and in my yard. Fixed a leak in my kitchen and then replaced tile. He also keeps an eye on my house when I'm gone for an extended period of time and he fixes any minor issues during that time as well.

Very conscientious.

The formerly ill-fitting and poorly functioning 20 year old doors now fit beautifully and work flawlessly, opening and shutting with ease. Jonathan was not only extremely competent and obviously very experienced, but also hard working, highly professional, and a pleasure to have on-site. He left the work locations clean and also took the time to thoroughly answer questions I had about possible future projects. I wish I had called him years ago, rather than having tolerated the troublesome doors for so long! I will definitely call him for other carpentry ventures.
