Work wasn't actually tree removal, just removing some branches. Jones service damaged the roof and gutters. After requesting they make good on the damages, no response after several attempts we gave up. They simply don't stand behind their work or live up to their promises.

Jones Tree Service dropped a tree onto my mother?s fence, shed, and house, causing approximately $1,500?$2,000 in damage. They were working on-site, the damage was immediate and obvious, and responsibility was clear. Since then, they have stopped returning calls and messages and have made no attempt to repair or pay for the damage. They also stated they are not insured, which is extremely concerning for a business doing this type of work. At this point, the issue is not the mistake?it?s the refusal to take responsibility or communicate. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about insurance and accountability before hiring.

Jones had a crew that worked together and accomplished the long list of things I needed done in one day, clean up was outstanding and respect for my property was evident. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring tree trimming or tree removal.
