About us
Jones Services is now a NO CONTACT service company. Our plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians are running NO CONTACT service calls. We literally stand in different rooms than our customers, emailing or reading out loud our findings. No handshakes, no paperwork, not even allowing customers to touch iPads. Our technicians wear disinfected gloves, use disinfected tools and whip down anything their gloves and tools touch after servicing equipment. We practice NO CONTACT at work now too. Technicians are not allowed in the office, equipment and parts are delivered to their trucks in the parking lot. Only one employee per vehicle. All company meetings are conducted via Zoom. Most office personal are working from home. Those in the office work apart from each other. No one wants to be quarantined with their toilets backing up, without water or electricity or heat or hot water and now without air conditioning or air filtration or air purification. We are doing everything we can to help all our employees stay health to protect ourselves and our customers.

Well Pump Repair or Service
Stelia did a great job. He was able to not only show me the old well wires and pump and what the problem was but he explained how the new wires and well pump would be installed and operated. He was very professional as was the gentleman who assisted him. He also was able to get us a good price with financing available. Jones Services are very reliable and reasonable. I would highly recommend Jones Services and Stelia if you want the job done quickly and correctly. The wife and I are so glad that we met Stelia and decided to go with Jones Services.

I am very happy with Jones services they saved me out of two messes first my main water line was frozen, they were the only ones that were capable and ready to get her back to a normal life and they unfroze my main water line with ease second my heating system was horrendous and just sucking mug money straight out of my pockets. They can and analyzed what I needed and in 2 days i had an entire new heat pump system installed covering my entire home (4 bedrooms three floors chalet style) and the systems work amazing. The technicians involved were professionals and neat and thorough. Tim, Estilo, Jim C and his crew and I am sorry that i could not get everyone?s band name but they were all amazing!! The service man, Josh that came out was phenomenal. He took his time and made sure everything was done right. He also helped get in touch with an additional plumber because my issue happened to be a lot worse than a clogged drain! But Josh did phenomenal, he even mopped after he was done working.

Jones services are awesome this is my 2nd boiler installation in 30 yrs from jones i will not use anybody else.the techs are very knowledgeable and Courteous they are hard workers and polite jeff,madison,josh, Derek andaris were a pleasure to talk to them they gave 110% will recommend to my sister when she needs a new boiler her boiler is 25 years old 5+ stars to the hvac team of techs.
