<p>The tenant scheduled a service man from Jonny's to come to the house in March. The tenant was told that it needed a new thermostat. The owner, me, then called Jonny's and ordered the part and paid for it. I also asked them to call me when it came in so I could arrange with the tenant to get in the house for the repair. It was months with no call. I finally called them and was told they had lost the model number. I tried several other times to get the part ordered and was always told, months later that they had lost the model # again. As of the middle of May, I still don't have any phone calls from them and no part. When I asked the tenant in June how the fridge was working, I was told that it still hadn't been fixed. I call the repair shop again and they finally go install the part. When I am at the house 2 weeks later, the refrigerator still doesn't work.</p> <p>It took 4 months for them to even order the part, which, we paid for upfront. They never returned phone calls. They came out once and said to try something else to fix the fridge, which did NOT work.  We use this as a rental and realized 4 months later that they never installed the part and the fridge was still not working.  I called about this and asked to have a full refund since they never actually did anything. I was told absolutely not. I asked to pay for the part but be reimbursed for the rest and again, they refused. I was then told to not bother them any more about this issue because they don't have time to deal with this kind of "*&^%".   </p> <p>We are now disputing this with our credit card company.  It was 5 months of infuriating run around leaving us with a $184 bill and a refrigerator that still doesn't work!</p> <p>This company is nothing but rude and scams people out of money.</p> <br />

Service was excellent. The replaced part built up ice around it after the initial service, which resulted in a leak again. When notified they promptly returned and serviced the freezer. We haven't had a problem since. Will be using them in the future. <br />

I dropped the dryer down the stairs while we were moving into our new rental. We eventually got it up the stairs and plugged in and everything, however the front electric panel would not work. I knew there was power going to the dryer because the light on the inside would come on when the door was opened, so it was most likely the front panel was broken. I called Jonny's and they were able to come out within the next week. The women that I talked to on the phone was very nice and polite. The technician came out and fixed it within a few minutes. Easy!

I described the problem to Jonnys by phone suggesting that it might be the ignitor. Scheduled an appt within two days. Sean, the repairmen was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He brought an ignitor with him (saved a return visit) and the oven was fixed in 30 minutes. He also adjusted the stay low burners so they work better. we were very satisfied with Jonnys. We've used then before and highly recommend them.

I contacted Jonny's and left a message over the weekend and they called me on Monday. They arranged for someone to come by to look at the washer that same day. The repair man showed up during the scheduled time and was in and out (having repaired the washer) in less than an hour. He was polite. cleaned up after himself, and fixed the problem. He also offered my husband advice about how we might avoid this problem and keep our front load washer cleaner in the future. <br />

After 3 repairs in 7 months the manufacturer bought back our 2 yr old dishwasher. Jonny's Repair was here for the last two repair calls (same part each time). They were very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. When we purchased our replacement dishwasher we hired Jonny's for the installation rather than the store's install team. Jonny's already knew that it was going to be a tight fit as the flooring was put in after the DW was installed. The service tech was so pleasant and worked diligently doing everything he could to tweek the unit and the space and make our new DW fit. He gave us ideas of how we can make some adjustments to our kitchen design that will make it easier in the future should we need services. Hopefully the dealer will use Jonny's for their service work. If we need work done that is not warranty we will definitely call them again. Good Job guys!!! <br />
