We contacted Jon's Well and Pump because of his great rating and reviews. We were extremely happy with his work and work ethic. He took the time to explain to my husband, the procedures he was doing as he checked and repaired our well pump, helping us understand how it worked. We appreciated his quick response. We ended up having to call him again, early in the morning the following day. This time we had no water at all coming to the house. He quickly responded by phone and immediately responded to our home. He was personable, professional and took his time on both occasions to make sure he left us in good working order. We would definitely request him again and have already referred him to family.

I needed a new pump installed and called several companies, Jon's Well and Pump was the only one who could come out at 9:00 pm. He showed up and pulled my pump and replaced it with a new one without hesitation. We were without water for about 2 hours. If I would have waited on the other well drillers to call me back it would have been the next day. I really appreciate the fact he called me back and fixed the problem right away. He didnt even charge a late night fee. Thank you Jon for helping us out.
