Joseph Builders NW LLC

We had an inexperienced person put up the underdeck roofing material initially, and it leaked all over and didn't drain properly. Joseph Builders crew was able to reuse most of the initial material, slope and seal it correctly, and the crew was punctual and very professional. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Joseph Builders has done several jobs for our 1992 home including interior painting, new deck, and floors/baseboards/window trim. Crew is responsible, honest, and professional. All work completed showed exceptional craftsmanship while staying true to quoted dollar amount. We plan on using them in the future for new siding and exterior paint!

We had all of our windows, siding, gutters and 3 doors replaced by Joseph Builders NW. One of our rooms needed the windows reconfigured, and Project Manager Ted Becker worked with us to come up with a solution that was aesthetically pleasing, affordable and would not cause structural changes that would have required a more in-depth permit (the job was permitted). The bid was very detailed, including a copy of the window list from Kingston Lumber so we could confirm each window size and type. Communication during the bid process was professional, and all of our questions were patiently answered and Ted took the time to educate us but never made us feel silly for asking questions. Once the job began, the crew arrived on time each day, each member of the crew was polite and professional, no one smoked on our property, and the jobsite was kept clean and organized. They took special care around our flower beds and no plants were harmed in the process of our siding and window replacement. We had multiple neighbors comment on how impressed they were with the crew during the job. We've had at least 5 neighbors stop by while we are outside or come knock on the door to ask for the name of the contractor that did the job, and we always happily pass on Joseph Builder's name & number. The only "oopsie" during our project was a delay in the gutter replacement, which was subcontracted out. During the two week delay, we had torrential downpours... and the water coming off the roof bounced back onto our new wood front door, splitting the grain open a bit at the bottom. We agreed to wait until the dry season came back around, and Joseph Builders paint and stain guru Kenny is totally refinishing our door this week so it's smooth again. We happily recommend Joseph Builders and would use them again on future projects.

Amazing. Great communication and great timing on getting the project done. Ted and the Joseph Builders team is great - would recommend them to anyone

The construction went very smoothly and was done as timely as could be with COVID. The workers were very conscientious and seemed to really take pride in the work they were performing.

They were prompt and intelligent. They were very good in communication.

Great! Ted and his crew were fantastic!
