They responded to my call within less than 2 hours and came out the following day as scheduled.  It went GREAT!  He came on time.  It was a small job as the extractor only needed tightening.  Whoever put it in didn't tighten the neck completely which is what caused leaking.  He was a professional, left everything clean.  I highly recommend! <br />

Joesph Grimaldi Plumbing was very good. I'd recommend him to anybody. I got them from Angie's List and he is excellent. He's courteous, did an excellent job and very clean. If I have a need for a plumber again, he's the one. They need to hire him, they couldn't get a better plumber. I'd recommend him highly and he;s going to be my plumber from now on. He put a new thing in the toilet tank that lets the water in and then when you pull a chain, the water goes out and it refills again, he had to replace that. He's not only very knowledgeable and good but he's clean as could be. From 1-10, he's 10. He came in the afternoon because he had a job in the morning but as soon as he's finished he came. I called him in the morning, he answered the phone and he said, I have a previous job this morning and when I finish, I'll call you and come, that's exactly what he did. When he said he was coming he came. I recommended him to neighbors. Most of the workman here are rip-off people but he is different. He is compassionate, he was everything. His price is excellent.

I bought a new hot water heater that needed to be installed. I also had a new toilet to be installed. The water heater was a typical install. The toilet, however, was a different story. The old toilet's bolts had rusted and the flange in the floor had also rusted and was no longer attached. Joe went to the plumbing supply to get the parts needed and was able to install the new toilet without further complications.

He didn't charge us anything.  He just took something up and said no charge.  He has put in toilets for us and anything plumbing related he has done for us.  He has put in a new shower head in our upstairs bathroom as well.  Any plumbing issue we have, we call him.  He's prompt and when he tells you he'll be there, he'll be there which is typically a problem here in Florida.  They'll say they'll get here at 8o'clock and you won't see them.  I like the fact that he is prompt and honest.  I can't say enough good about him.  I just think he is terrific.  My garbage disposal apparently had gotten loose and was dripping.  He just came in and tightened it for no charge.  I think he is incredibly fair and honest with price.
