JOSEPH WAS TIMELY AND PROFESIONAL. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB REPLACING MY HOT WATER HEATER. HE WAS NEAT AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. HE REVIEWED ALL OF THE FEATURES AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE HE LEFT.

Joseph came quickly and did a good job to clear my clogged pipe. He also seal the joints of the pipes and shared the maintenance tips with me.

Kap from Joseph Plumbing and Drain was great. I requested a quote Saturday morning and they came out within a few hours. We scheduled the work for Friday and they arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did excellent work installing my new main water shut-off valve. Highly recommend.

The repair man was a Burmese guy, Joe, and he did an outstanding job changing the anode bar and removing the sediment from my water heater. This should extend the life of the tank. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and finished promptly. He worked hard and had the necessary supplies and tools. He knew what he was doing. I would glad to use Joe again in the future!

Really solid, dependable, showed up, talked about it and gave me high and low pricing and pros and cons for both. I chose the medium price based the based on the best resolution for my issue.

Very kind and competent. Happy to give my money to a family business instead of one of the plumbing giants. As far as pricing, I had a utility sink faucet and drain replaced, and two shut-off valves and a hose bib installed, and was charged $2,500.
