A huge upper section of a very tall and large pine tree crashed onto my house and USAA promptly removed it but said the main tree was not covered though it was so damaged it clearly needed to be cut down before it too fell on the house. I called Joseph and he came out quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate and promised to return the following morning to cut it down. He and Drew arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, were very careful not to damage our property, and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been here. Joseph is a 14 year Army veteran who is still serving in the Reserves who takes pride in his work, knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Call him. Joseph was delightful. Very friendly and professional. He was flexible in when he came. He worked so fast that he actually finished and left our house before we got home! I had to ask him to come back so I could pay him, which thankfully wasn't an issue at all. Certainly recommend and would hire again.

Joseph showed up immediately and work was done according to schedule. I was disappointed that he was misinformed about insurance claims. He assured us USAA would cover the costs, which turned out not to be true. We were also charged additional money to remove the limbs, and they left a VERY tall trunk on both trees. They did a great job removing the trees and cleaning up.

He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again.

The whole experience was exceptional. His workers arrived on time with the right equipment and great attitudes about their jobs. The foreman, Calvin, introduced himself and we discussed all of the work that needed to be performed. Joseph arrived shortly thereafter with another large piece of equipment, and they all went right to work. They went above and beyond my expectations, and the price was very fair for the work performed. I used the Angie's List coupon to get a 10% discount on the total price. For "typical" residential tree service, Joseph's company is perfect. He has a great attitude, and his workers are professional and respectful of the property owner. I suspect his business will continue to grow and flourish. Based on this experience, I'm going to hire him again in a few weeks to do some additional work for me. I'm very satisfied with the results from this contract, and I can highly recommend his service to my fellow Angie's List members. First-rate experience!

Quality work, friendly crew, and easy to work with.

We looked at four companies and choose Joseph because his quote was the most reasonable and he seems to be the most honest and knowledgable. We were not disappointed. His crew arrived on time and expertly removed four large trees and ground all the stumps, including all exposed roots. To do the job, the crew had to uproot part of our fence. Once done, they put it back in better condition. The crew was courteous and polite and did an outstanding job. We could not be happier. We highly recommend this company.

Perfectly, Joe and his crew arrived promptly and worked tirelessly until the work was done and their clean up was simply remarkable.

The removal went well. Crew removed tree, limb by limb, and either chipped it up or hauled it away. Also ground the stump and surrounding large, above-ground roots and cleaned up behind themselves. The only negative to this whole thing was the communication process between myself and the owner. Joseph is very busy, and I understand that, but the communications from his end were kind of anemic or lacking. That being said, I can still recommend Joseph's Tree Removal for this type of work. The end product was as contracted, and for a very reasonable cost. They completed the project in a safe and quick manner even though they were without their bucket truck, which was in the shop for repair. They climbed the tree with safety lines and either lowered, or let the cut pieces fall in a safe place with no damages to my house or the neighbors house.

Joseph and his crew were great. He kept me informed as to when the service would be performed. The work started within minutes of their arrival. They got all 5 trees down, stumps ground, and everything from cleaned up by the end of the day. Great company and great price! I did not feel like I was being cheated. There were many others I called for quotes one company was over $5,000. Another told me 3 of the trees would be very difficult because they were in between 2 houses. Joseph and his crew took those trees down like the pro's they are. All fell right where they were supposed to. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I have given their number to many of my friends.

I originally contacted Joseph to remove two tree in my backyard that were in the way of an addition construction project that was being done on the back of my house.  A few days after Joseph had surveyed and bid the job for the two trees, I was informed that I would need to have trees near my septic tank removed - I called Joseph and ask if he could do some additional work while he was here.  He returned to survey the additional work and said that he could get it all done while he was here. <br />   This work was much more than originally planned with the addition of removing 8 more trees, removal of about 40 feet of Pampas Grass along a fence line - all of this going on in the middle of an active construction of an addition on my house.  Joseph and his crew worked for a day and half cutting, grinding,  clearing underbrush, mulching, and cleaning up - scheduling some of his work around the construction crews needs. <br /> Joseph and his crew were always polite, professional, and hard working.  Joseph was very professional while working with the general contractor and the construction crew.  Joseph and his crew accomplished their work, while working around the construction crew.  After Joseph and his crew were done, except for the lack of grass in some areas, you could not tell that there had ever been anything growing in the areas where he removed the trees, pampas grass, and underbrush on my property.  Joseph also separated out the hardwood, which his crew neatly stacked, so that I have wood for my fireplace. <br />   Not only would I use Joseph again, I already have plans for some more work for him and his crew.  I would highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal service and the only person I would recommend to my friends. <br />   TO: Joseph and Crew, Thank you very much for your excellent work, I look forward to having more work done by you.   <br /> <br />

Fast, friendly, and fair. Would use again for tree removal, other major yard projects.

They are good guys.  When he came out we kind of discussed what to do and he really just ran out of time.  I would definitely call him again.
