They were very reliable, neat and worth every penny. We are going to be using them again to paint the house this Spring.

Both he and his crew are very professional and do excellent work. After the job has been completed they clean up like they were never there. The new vent cover that he made is attractive and well-constructed. The old vent cover made noises when there was some airflow. We showed him this problem and he gave us a solution.

The guys were very professional, punctual and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.

First project went well enough to have Joe and crew back for the second project. The price was right in line with what we were expecting to pay. Great line of communication throughout the whole process -- would definitely use again and recommend to others.

It was great. Given that most of our bedrooms would be out of commission we asked Joe how fast he could get the job done. He was able to do everything in 2 days. He had a crew of 5 come out - all very professional and I felt very comfortable having them in the house. They stuck to the timeline and did a great job. This is the second job we've had Joe do for us and will definitely have him do more work for us.

It was great. Joe and an his assistant came to the house and prepped and painted the master bedroom and master bath. He was very meticulous and took great care to protect all surfaces. He did a great job. There was one small touch up that was required. I called him back and he took care of it right away.

He's on time and professional. He took pictures before, during the project, and after.

This is the 3rd time using Joe and his workers' services. They are great. Fair pricing and was willing to work with my budget. Excellent paint work, everything looks brand new. Very trustworthy. Will not hire anyone else to paint. <br>

Joe Sullivan's painting did our office and hall columns and the results were great.  We had them come back to paint a ceiling that was water stained over the winter and weeks later the stain cannot be seen.  Both times Joe was responsive via email and fit the jobs into very specific days that we needed.  They might not be the least expensive around but you get what you pay for.  We will be calling Joe again whenever our next project comes up.

I contacted approximately 10 different companies through Angie's List to obtain an estimate for painting.  In addition, I should also note that I needed the company to commit to start and finish the job within several days of my inquiry.  Joe was the first of the 10 companies to respond to my inquiry and I set up an appointment for the next day... Memorial Day.  Joe was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  We discussed my needs and he confirmed that he could start the job the very next day.  Before the end of the day I received a written estimate and agreed to move forward with the painting. As promised, Joe started the very next day and completed the job three days later.  I was very pleased with the results I would highly recommend Joe Sullivan to anyone searching for a reliable and results oriented painter.  Thank you Joe! <br> <br>

To put it simply I will use Joseph Sullivan for any and all painting and dry waling that I ever do in the future. I work with contractors regularly and have never worked with a better contractor. His crew were all extremely professional and sincerely cared about my house and the job they did. They all went above and beyond in all facets of the job. It was a huge job, probably the biggest job he ever did and Joe was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the job. In fact the job is still going on. By the time he is done he will have been 4 months full time and another 2 months on and off as I am finishing up the project. His attention to detail is exemplary. You of course are free to use whomever you wish but if I were you I'd hire Joseph Sullivan Painting it will be the most pain free contractor and painting experience you will ever have.

2nd time I've  had them come paint. Excellent Job every time. Nice employees that are trustworthy. Worked with me on price from original quote. Does a great prep job which makes the paint look that much better. As I save up money i will continue to use their services for painting needs. <br>

Everything was great... the room looks fantastic, and that is actually saying a lot from me as I can be a bit of a perfectionist! Joe was professional and courteous and the entire process was really easy. I'm in love with the new room! I'm looking forward to hiring Joe again for some other jobs that are on my list. <br />

Joe and his team are professionals in every sense of the word. He knows his craft and he knows how to run a business in terms of making customers matter.  He is respectful of  property and asks questions to insure that he understands what the client wants.  he is pleasant and easy to deal with and most importantly, as i already said, he knows his craft.  hire him <br />

We started work with Joe over the summer when he did the original work - mid July. We had several rooms that needed to be addressed, but most important was getting the bathroom done. Joe came to do an estimate very quickly. The estimate was extremely fair, well laid out, and he was quick to send it. <br /> The job took the better part of a week. His workers were fabulous - really friendly and put up with our crazy dog who loved them and wanted to know what they were doing. They were very accommodating when we asked questions and dealt with our plumber being there one of the days as well. It was a big job, and they left the house clean and neat at the end of each day which was a huge bonus. The work itself was really good with no problems.  They even put a skim coat over plaster that had cracked during original demo work which was nice. <br /> He said he'd get back to me to schedule the rest of the work. I contacted him in September to schedule the rest of the work, he said he would, and then didn't email me back. I contacted him again the end of November asking to schedule us for the week of Dec 28 and he said that would work which was perfect because my office was closed. My husband and I cancelled our travel plans and cut short our Christmas visit with family so we could be home for the work to be done. <br /> Dec 17 he said he may be finishing up other jobs and asked what my other availability was, which I have none until May which I told him. I received no response until I emailed again on the 27th asking if we were still on, which he said he'd rather not because he'd like to focus on the job completely and asked to figure out another time. <br /> I completely understand that things happen and jobs run over, but it was absolutely devastating to have waited so long and cancel everything. Their original work was perfect, their price was exactly within our budget, and I truly loved the team. I cannot praise them enough for the job they had completed. However, the communication was less than desirable. I really wish we could have had them in for the rest of the work. <br />
