The stucco work was performed adequately. The exterior painting was sloppy. The house was sprayed and there was overspray and misses throughout- The front door was so bad I had to strip it and rrepaint.

The remodeling of the bathroom was beyond successful. The shower tiles and floor tiles look great and smooth. It was completed quicker then I had expected. He was wonderful at communication and making sure everything was perfect. I would rehire again for my next renovation job. THANK YOU!

It is only half finished. But so far everything is going very well. It takes about a month between the initial application and the finishing work. They are scheduled to return to complete the job the first part of January.

Josh is skilled, easy to work with, and determined to resolve the inevitable unexpected issues that come with remodeling.

Joshua was extremely conscientious about his schedule and his work. If he said he was going to call or arrive at a specific time, he did. He also kept me updated on his progress and was concerned about getting things just right. He thought I might need more paper at one point because he wanted to get the pattern lined up just right. He improvised in the end so that I didn't have to order more. I was told by another wallpaper hanger that peel and stick wallpaper was very hard to get right, but Joshua did a beautiful job. I couldn't be more pleased! I would use him again and would highly recommend his work to anyone!

I had wood laminate flooring installed in three rooms, and wood treads and risers installed on my stairs. I am very happy with the results. My floors and stairs really look great.

Great work. After second day of work decided his original estimate was too high and actually reduced our bill by 20%. Hired him for a second job as well. Highly recommended.

He did a very good job and we were very pleased. We have used him several times and we have zero complaints. His workers were very courteous, and he was very professional. We would highly recommend him and we would definitely hire him again.

Joshua painted my dinning room and all the trim, he also painted my kitchen, He redid my kitchen cabinets I gave him a photo of paint and how I wanted it done, he did exactly what I wanted done. He also did my kitchen backsplash. We hired him again to do my kitchen floor and our mudroom floor, he is honest and very prompt. I left him alone several times while I was doing errands or at work. I will be hiring Joshua again to do my dinning room floor.

Mr. Dervan’s work was substandard. The flooring was not laid properly around the door frames, bathtubs or toilets. There were multiple gaps which he filled with caulk. These will ultimately have to be redone. Mr. Dervan was not timely with his services nor did he employ a qualified crew. Mr. Dervan was dishonest. Multiple personal items went missing. We terminated Mr.Dervan and had to finish the work ourselves in order to meet our completion deadline. These were rental units with renters scheduled. Mr. Dervan was hired end of October. He knew we had a deadline of December 15th. He was terminated December 22nd.
