Joy Cleaning

Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels.

I recently hired this cleaning company with the goal of having a more detailed, professional clean beyond my regular day-to-day upkeep. While the team was polite, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The cleaners appeared to be fairly inexperienced, and the service was completed in a much shorter time than I anticipated. When I expressed concern, I was told that my home was already quite clean—which is true—but the purpose of hiring a professional service was to address the detailed areas that are often overlooked in routine cleaning. After returning home, I found that many of those key areas had not been properly addressed. There were still fingerprints on the TVs, the floors did not appear to have been mopped, and the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this service for anyone looking for a detailed or deep clean.

This cleaning company exceeded my expectations. The team arrived on time, was professional and thorough, and left my home spotless. They paid attention to every detail and treated my space with care. Fair pricing, no hidden charges, and they even went above and beyond. Already booked them for regular service!

They handled everything from fine construction dust to adhesive residue and debris with incredible attention to detail. Every surface was spotless: floors, windows, baseboards, cabinets, and even the hard-to-reach corners that most crews overlook. The air itself felt cleaner.

Great work and professional staff.

The women who showed up were not experienced. They asked my husband and I how to complete some task. Additionally, only one person worked while the other person watched. I called to complain and the owner said the home was very dirty, (correct) it was a move in cleaning. The women worked slowly and often talked while the other person worked. The owner said we needed tonoay and could send them back the next day. I attached pictures of the work performed. They accomplished nothing!!!!
