Excellent Service and performed in timely manner. It was the best drywall repair that I have seen. After completed, I could not tell where the repair was performed.

It was terrifc! Extremely neat and thorough work. Took care of multiple facets including working with a plumber. Also, helped me out with caulking the shower cubicle.

Good but could have been done better to meet my desires and expectations. The issues on quality build were repaired to satisfactory but took extra time. Boardering with Rosewood color was almost to my needs but wish more of it was ordered and used. Steps and last board against the house were not done with Rosewood boardering. The cutting of 45 degree angles fit and finish on corners were a little more gap than needed. But all in all we worked things out with Javier and the crew so we made it work. The communication was good but some things could be better communicated with the design ie.The install of more Rosewood. The deck looks really good from the overall but when you spend the money on composite material, you want perfect outcome. Javier and his crew worked hard as there was a lot of detail installing boards and railings. Again I think if more communication was done through the process it could have been perfect.

They were on done as per schedule and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Javier patiently talked to us about the costs and benefits of different siding materials. He even discussed the possibility of extending the life of the old cedar we had in our house for a few more years, which I appreciate in a contractor since not everyone is honest in this day and age. Ultimately, we decided to go for fiber cement. Since we got this home for the long run, we figured we wanted it both to last long and to have a much cleaner and modern look. Javier and his crew did an excellent job on this project. Installation and painting went both without any major hiccups. As for the minor details, he personally stopped by and made sure they all were resolved. Overall, we were happy with the experience and would definitely consider them for future projects.

Javier has done an excellent job in our house, everything was always completed on time. We have been hiring him for more than 5 years. He installed our fence about 5 years ago, and it still holding up pretty well. His company has always done a great job when it comes to painting and finishing, it always surprises me how quickly they do it. I would say the think I like the most about Javier is his is his guidance, I’m not always 100% sure exactly what I want but he always has great advice. Better yet, in some cases he has advised us to do less. In that particular case (as part of our deck) he could have just said yes and charged us more. Again, he did a great job building our deck. Any way, 10/10 would hire him again, in fact we are already planning on having our living room remodeled by Javier’s company.

Smooth as it goes! They guided us through places were we could choose and buy the hardwood from and the amount that we needed. Installation process was very quick and professional. They completed the work according to the estimate. When they were done everything was clean and polished. They also provided instructions of how to take care of the floor, what to do and what not to. We are, up to this point, very happy with the job done.

We have used this company twice -- once to build a fence and the other time to repair/stain our deck. They did a good job and were reliable, fair, and hard working. They also had good communication with us and were flexible when we made minor changes. Not only were we happy with the finished product, but they showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame and budget they quoted. We received other bids and have used other contractors in the past for different jobs and no one has compared with JP Construction. We will definitely use them again. Bottom line - totally recommended, very reliable, kitchen looks high-quality. <br /> <br /> Our friends recommended their contractor for a kitchen remodel that we had been wanting to make. What we liked the most were their proposals for the remodel (we didn't want to hire an architect) and the availability of the plumbing and electric crews when needed, with almost no downtime. We quoted the remodel with several vendors and felt that their price and quality was the best we found - the final invoice was close to the original quote except for an increase due to a few products being unavailable and our decision to go with a higher-priced option. <br /> <br /> We had no issues leaving them alone at our place, they always locked the door and cleaned up every day. <br /> <br /> Gave the contractor a B in punctuality since they had to start 30 minutes earlier than what our HOA required - our HOA is strict about construction times which we cannot control, but do appreciate them wanting to start the job as early as possible. <br /> <br /> It's been a few weeks since the remodel was finished, and will keep updating once time goes by.

<strong>Job #1. Deck.</strong> <br /> <br /> I had a covered, concrete patio in my backyard that I wanted to extend (make bigger). I had an initial design in mind. JP came over to take a look at the area and proposed a design that made even better use of the area. For example, JP proposed we build benches along the fence line which 1) improved safety; and 2) added more seating capacity. <br /> <br /> I wanted to build the deck with Trexx (material) but was lost with so many options to choose from. JP took the time to go with me to a local store and walked me through options, pros and cons. That was very helpful. <br /> <br /> After I chose exact materials and color, JP put the order and the materials were delivered to my house. JP's crew arrived on time first day and started work. They finished work on time. <br /> <br /> I'm very pleased with the results. My deck often gets compliments from guests. <br /> <br /> Besides installation of framing, deck, and railings, this project required re-routing of existing irrigation lines on my lawn. JP's crew carefully dug up the lawn, rerouted pipes, and put the lawn back in place. <br /> <br /> Before contacting JP, I had asked a couple contractors for an onsite visit, proposal and quote. After seeing the results of JP's work, I feel JP's price was fair. <br /> <br /> <strong>Job #2.  Home Theater</strong> <br /> <br /> We moved to a new house and I wanted my new 60in. TV and 5.1 speaker set mounted on the wall in my living room. The TV was to be mounted above the fireplace; 3 speakers mounted around the TV, and the remaining 2 back speakers on the opposite wall across the living room. This job required drywall work for the back speakers because they're wired. <br /> <br /> JP and he executed on it flawlessly. I must say he went above and beyond to ensure the wires were concealed/invisible. He drilled a small hole behind each back speaker, fished the audio wire from crawlspace, and lastly patched + painted the drywall. JP made sure to cover the hardwood floor with tarp and kept the work area clean and organized. <br /> <br /> JP demonstrated great attention to detail with a high bar for quality throughout: wiring, drywall work, and paint. Excellent job.
