Worst customer experience ever. We called them because our sensors needed to be replaced. They replace the sensors, and now the garage door open and closes at random times without being told to. We reported the problem and they won’t even speak to us or answer the phone or call us back. Stay away!

Contacted John on a Saturday due to broken garage door spring on a rental property. John arrived within a couple hours that afternoon. He replaced both springs and also installed a replacement bracket as the screws from the old bracket got pulled out of the door frame and could not be reused. Entire job took about an hour and was convenient to both tenants myself.
