JP and his team were excellent from the moment I entered a request on Angi to repair a bifold door. J.P. Handyman did an excellent job of figuring out a solution in a challenging situation, where the materials had to work in the outdoors and curve as well as follow the staircase up and down. Materials arrived, I was kept informed of the installation date, and the installation was flawless. Ball park estimate for the job was close enough.

These guys are the absolute BEST. They are on time, incredibly responsive (even outside business hours--thank you), incredibly talented, incredibly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly fast. I have never been more impressed by anyone ever--NOT KIDDING. The relief I feel at finding JP Handyman is overwhelming. And they give an honest opinion on what should be/can be done. Victor was prompt, friendly, and did a great job. Unfortunately we were overbilled and JP (owner) refused to meet in the middle (us come on pricing to find an agreement), his response was, "nope." What a shame that $80 in overstated billing will lose this would-have-been repeat customer. Do not hire unless you like inflated pricing or bad business.

He was reasonable when he walked through it. He pointed out things that he could do that other guys didn't. He said that he could do electrical wiring and fans for $40 whereas other guys wanted $100. He pointed out things he could do that I would have to have other guys do and he could save me money.

I spent about $6000 on that work. The work they did was acceptable. Their tile work wasn?t the best and we actually have an issue with some of the tiles that they did some grout work that I haven?t been happy with. It has just been difficult for them to figure out how to correct it. The guy that came out was reasonably professional and a friendly guy. Occasionally, there would be times when we thought that they would not show up, but they usually called at some point during the day. Their pricing was reasonable and the clean up was very good.

In and out in one day. We chose shingle and gutter color. Roofing crew was in and out in a day after completing all ordered work. Crew spent time cleaning up and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Very easy to work with, great communication.
