The Lexi and Travis team is an absolute gem. Lexi reached out to me immediately after posting the service request to get more info about the project. She went over every detail and gave me an accurate quote right away. We were booked and ready to go in no time. Travis showed up ahead of schedule, surveyed each vent, and gave a summary of his findings. He not only made our HVAC and dryer vents spotless, he meticulously took care of a mold issue we never knew about. His kindness and compassion to keep my family healthy was really appreciated and now our home is noticeably dust free and fresher. He got the job done right and went way above and beyond right. There was a mold issue that wasn’t part of what he came to fix. But he fixed that issue very well after he reported it to me. That, to me, is very relevant. He was punctual, polite, professional, efficient and effective.

The difference in air quality was noticeable almost immediately and it smelled amazing!! The gutter cleaning was equally impressive. They even took the time to show us before-and-after photos of our gutters (hey were gross before), which gave us peace of mind about what had been done. Now we are ready for more leaves to fall and won’t have to worry about a clogged gutter system. They also cleaned up completely afterward no mess left behind. I really appreciated how respectful they were of our home and time. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with excellent customer service, but A.P Home Services nailed it. I had a great experience getting my dryer vent cleaned with this company. I got quotes from several local companies, and theirs was not only competitive but also the most straightforward. They didn’t pressure me, but they were very responsive. They were better than on time, they were early but also called to make sure it was ok to come early. On arrival, Travis and Jayden were helpful and professional, and all around a pleasure to deal with.

I had severe allergies and so I wanted to have my ducts clean. AP Home Services found mold in my ducts and was able to take care of it at a reasonable price. After the mold and allergens were cleaned out of my ducts, I have felt 100% better. I no longer have my persistent headache and I don't feel sick everyday.

Hard working and effective duct cleaning services. Also, identified and removed mold in HVAC system, but not inexpensively.

Travis did a very thorough cleaning of my house air ducts. He first did an evaluation and identified issues with my air ducts that I wasn't aware of and made suggestions on the best way to approach making corrections. I found him to be an honest and upfront kind of professional with very reasonable prices. He is my new go-to professional for my air duct needs. I highly recommend him.

Travis and Jayden came out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. Travis was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He also identified mold in our vents and was able to treat it for an additional charge. Travis also identified a problem with the pipe for our dryer vent that no previous service provider found or at least showed to us. He was able to implement a fix and identify future work that would keep us from having additional problems with the outward airflow. I would/will definitely hire them again!
