Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Would not return my phone calls when I called him to tell him the water heater he installed was leaking. He told me to try to tighten the fitting, He installed it, but he needs to fix it.

"I did return your call and scheduled a date. You called back and said you had additional work. I did not reply. I was fully aware you stated you had other issues due to inspector failing your plumbing for a sale of your home. I was out of state with a family illness. I DID schedule. You stated the inspector saw a minor leak somewhere around the water heater a month later of the water heater was installed. Sorry, you needed help immediately. Did not want to explain to you my Father of 81 out of state is in need of his Son. As well I installed your water heater for 400.00 dollars labor cost on Sunday. On my arrival, you asked if I was a fly-by."

"We spoke. I deleted your garbage disposal. I plumbed your 2 comps sink back together to the existing drain 3 months ago. You called and got mad at Angie due to you spoke to them for over an hour. Then you contacted me with your displeasure via text. You could have just called me but you took your route. Once you finally answered your phone And spoke to you it was easy to find that your kitchen sink drain was clogged up backfilling your dishwasher. I quoted you a price to eel which seemed to have angered you more. 3 months later you gave me a bad review for a clogged drain. No leaks and 30 years of service. This does not seem correct."

Just in case there is another worried mommy or daddy out there searching quickly for a fix like we were last night when our furnace stopped heating! J & P Plumbing Heating and Cooling, LLC!!!! He came out ASAP and got us warming up again, very nice and kind!!! Extremely well priced and professional! He explained every step of the process, very thankful for him ð Hopefully this helps someone else out there! Now we can cuddle and enjoy being toasty again.

Jayson was prompt on his call and arrival. Jayson was very courteous and conscious about everything he did. He installed a kitchen faucet and a water sip faucet for me. He will be coming back for sure in the future to install a whole house water filter and maybe an under counter water heater for me. Jason's prices for all the work he did was very affordable and down to earth. Get in line people for I am sure Jayson will be getting busier in the coming days and weeks.

We was having a problem getting someone out to look at our furnace that wasnâ  t working. Jason was able to fit us in between his other appointments. He was very nice, very efficient and very reasonable. I would highly recommend his company. We will be using him for now on.

Plumber showed up on time, replaced garbage disposal, found out he also would check out all heating systems to be ready for winter, which he did the next day. Is very knowledgeable and reasonable in charges.

"I apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our family was dealing with Covid. I have tried on multiple occasions to call and left messages. I have not heard back from you. May I add I did install 80 feet of gas line in the attic out of garage to your new tankless water heater. Ran new hot and cold, gas, condensate, and flue line through the roof. Plus installed two new toilets pulling back carpet and tack strip so flooring man would have it easier. My last day for dishwasher install. The existing add on flooring prohibited me taking out of he dishwasher. Stayed for full hour so your flooring man would show to come up with remedy. He said he had on"
