JPR Roofing has successfully completed several projects for myself and my real estate clients involving exterior siding, gutter replacement, and roofing repairs. Their work was consistently timely, professional, and of high quality.

It went really well. They were able to get us in earlier than we had anticipated. They were prompt and worked hard. Our roof was replaced in just one day. Cleanup afterward wasn't exceptional, but the overall was still excellent. <br />

The service went pretty well. They came out in a fairly reasonable time. The cost went over the $3,995 Big Deal. It is all based on measurements and so forth. Part of the reason why I had it done was my roof was leaking. In probably two months after we got the spring rains, I do not think the leak area got fixed. So, I would probably have to call them back out. The price was fair for what was done; it was reasonable.

The service was performed as agreed with good turnaround.  This was a special offered on Angie's List for its members.  The contractor did point out some problem areas and suggested that we indeed did have some hail damage.  He was going to follow up with some pictures, but I did not receive those.  However, I would use this contractor again.  He was professional and followed up on his service.  I do understand that these specials are often times an introduction to a business with an opportunity for them to build more clients.  I was happy with his service and recommendations.

After seeing the Big Deal for a new roof in my email, I contacted JPR and asked for an estimate to see how much overage my house would be, due to size and the steepness of the roof.  Joe came to our house the following day and was wonderful in speaking with us about the possibilities.  We had him include in the estimate, not only the new roof, but also a new guttering system around our entire house.  The estimate he gave was very reasonable. <br /> Joe arranged with us a time to begin work on our home.  When the crew arrived, they got straight to work.  There were several people working on our house and arrangements had already been made with the City of Lawrence for an inspector to come, once the roofing was removed, to check the decking, as indicated by the permit.  Only a few pieces of decking were needed, which they quickly replaced and continued installing the new roof. <br />   <br /> In the end, the roof looks fabulous, the guttering has already proven itself with the first storm and we are very glad we used JPR.  I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future for other needs.  I would recommend them to others. <br /> <br />

Joe responded to my questions and even came out to the house to look at our roof to see if it would cost more than the special price offered in the Angie's List Deal before we made the purchase. He and his crew were very professional. After the purchase, Joe had no issue with me taking some time to schedule due to a busy life.  When I called to schedule it was PROMPT, he booked me that next week.  Communication has been superb; he lets you know the next steps and what to expect. All of his staff were punctual, polite, and professional.  I have plants and lights around the house; they moved and protected them really well!  Not a flower petal damaged.  (Although I am SURE they wondered about the tub of "dirt" they moved from my patio.  It was worms, guys!  I compost with them!  :)  )  They started promptly at 7 am and finished at about 7pm.  LONG DAY, but they didn't slow down or miss anything.  After clean up, you couldn't even tell anyone had been there; in fact my driveway looks better than before they started.   <br /> Joe came back the next day (again...60 mile drive!) to inspect and make sure I was satisfied.  Payment was easy and he was fine with any method anyone might chose.   <br /> Looking back on it, I had no idea what to expect, never having re-roofed a house before.  He made the process simple and easy.  VERY pleasant to work with.  <br /> Thanks Joe Parsley, it was a pleasure! <br />

He was prompt and kept us informed. Did the work in a very timely manner and we were extremely happy with his work. The job turned out to be more than he quoted because of the shakes, which was an unknown, but he worked with us and we feel we got a wonderful job for our money. When we need a roof on our personal home, he will definitely be our first call. <br />

the crew was there at 0715 the morning they were scheduled and worked continuously until 1700.  they had finished the roof and clean up by that time.  they were polite and accommodating. we are very please with their service. <br />

Joe and his crew were friendly and professional and completed my roof tune up in less than 1/2 an hour. They also are sending me a quote to fix other areas of my roof that need attention. I look forward to them repairing my damaged roof. <br />

I called Joe yesterday to see if the Angie's List deal he was offering would apply to an issue I was having.  He listened carefully and offered to come out today to look at it before I purchased the deal.  He was honest, prompt, more than fair, and patient with me as I asked questions and contemplated my options.  He did not try to sell me anything.  He offered to do a quick repair on the spot.  My repair was finished and for a minimal cost in less than 24 hours from my initial call.  The repair was necessary to keep birds out of my attic, and he has offered to come back if the birds push their way back in before the caulk has a chance to set up.  I appreciated his polite, professional demeanor!  I will call him first next time I need any outside home repairs. <br />

He originally came out for a minor "roof tune-up", but let me know that our roof was installed improperly a few years ago (different company), which is why all the shingles are falling off, and that we would definitely need more than a tune-up. He gave me a great estimate on replacing our roof as well as a big balcony we have. While he was here, he replaced all the shingles that had fallen off, and repaired some problem areas that he was concerned might leak soon. He was then nice enough to take the time to teach me how I could repair shingles that have fallen off until we are ready to get the entire roof replaced. He did all of this, free of charge!!! <br /> I must have had extremely bad luck with contractors in the past, because I usually walk away feeling cheated. But this was by far my best experience with any contractor ever, and it left me feeling satisfied that someone was friendly, passionate about their job, knew what he was doing, and that he was absolutely fair with the estimates he gave me.  I also still cannot believe he took the time to teach me what he did! This experience was extremely pleasant, informative, and did I mention, he didn't even charge me for the many things he did! I highly recommend JPR as I will be using them for everything in the future! <br />

The weather lately has not been favorable for roof repairs due to snow and ice, however, JPR was able to pinpoint a favorable day out of this terrible month and get the roof repaired and the drywall done. Joseph was very thorough in explaining his repair method. This gave me confidence that I was dealing with someone that cared about doing their work properly. The work was accomplished on time and on budget. I am very happy that I called JPR.
