Gave us an estimate for labor, and to adda 1×6 board covering with siding then finishing caulking. Price was fair, but the estimate was not what was actually performed and the price was a bit higher. We paid, but will be more cautious if used again.

He did an excellent job. Actually did the job earlier than expected. I have had him do several jobs at 2 of my houses. He also did my roof on my current home, and fixed some missing shingles after a storm came through. Great job.

They were very pleasant when coming out for estimate. Was assured they could fix the leaks. The roof was not yet 10 yrs old.I was told it was too brittle to just fix the sunroom, needed to do the entire roof. Was given a choice between an overlay and tear down with reroofing. Price of course of cheaper on the overlay. Was told that would fix leak, so with money being short, this is the route I chose. I would NOT have do so, if I did not think it would fix the problem. The 1st time it leaked, they did come out to patch, but told me more or less that it was my problem for not chosing the tear down. I have since called another company who suggested gutters, which I did have installed. The last big rain we had, it leaked again. I cannot keep replacing ceiling tiles. I have called this company several times to tell them the roof is still leaking, and they do not return my calls.
