JP and Sons Remodeling LLC

I hired JP and Sons several months ago for a partial bathroom remodel. The price was good, he was respectful, punctual and considerate and I really enjoyed working with him. However right after the project was complete, I noticed the new showerhead leaks and the new bathtub/shower made cracking noises when someone was in it. He came out twice and did not resolve the issue but said it wasn't a problem. Now a few months in, the tub is shifting, along with cracking and will need to be professionally repaired. This experience has been disheartening. I do not recommend JP and Sons Remodeling.

Jon did an excellent job repairing the trim and water damage on the outside of our home around the windows. He even adjusted the priority list of the project, given our limited budget, to focus on new found damages that were more important to fix. He was fair with cost and upfront on any changes. I will hire him again in the future.

Jonathan is a extremely talented and professional contractor. His vision and plans to tackle any project is impressive. He is dedicated and dependable to say the least. We have had many projects he has demonstrated great quality of work Highly recommended!

He replaced our bathtub with a shower . He did an excellent job within the time he said it would take. He cleaned up very well. We also had him replace our 3 outside lights and we were very pleased with all of his work. We diffinently would have him do any other work we needed ro have done.

He was very professional and efficient in completing the projects that I needed addressed.

Jon is amazing! He?s thorough, professional, and obviously an expert in every step of the process. He was careful to set realistic expectations and kept me up to date at every phase of the project. I really appreciated that I could trust him in my home and with the outcome. He nailed it!

Minner is an excellent communicator, thoughtful problem solver and efficient worker. He is also quite fairly priced for the scope of the work. My only regret is that I don’t have more money to hire him to remodel the entirety of my house.

He did absolutely more than I expected. In that I had an idea of what I wanted for a redo of my laundry room and he made it a reality!! He totally understood the want, needs and expectations of the job needed. We already have plans for additional rooms he will be remodeling for us and I have full confidence they will meet and exceed our expectations!

I had a new garage built next to my house. Jon was exceptional to work with, and exceeded my expectations! He is extremely skilled at design, and implementation. Overall a wonderful process!
