I was very happy with the work, timeliness, price and especially communication. João and Gleisaine worked as a husband and wife team with him doing the tiling and Glesaine handling admin, accounting, and translation. They were detailed from the estimate, providing mock photos, sharing ideas, receipts, and answering questions via text. None of my other vendors could beat the price or amount of texts and pictures we exchanged, this is why I chose JP Tile and I'm glad I did!

They are very professional with high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will hire again for future projects!

We had JP Tile out to redo the tile on three walls surrounding a shower in our home. We were extremely happy with the work they did - Joao Paulo had a great eye for detail, was very helpful in explaining the options to us as we were planning our project, and made the whole thing easy. They showed up on time, worked really efficiently, and left our place super clean - and most importantly, we think the walls look fantastic. (Ignore the ugly gold trim in the photo - our new faucet handle didn't arrive on time, that is on us) Communication was great and very easy (mostly via text with JP's partner Gleisiane, who was also out helping on most days). The cost was also extremely fair. My wife and I are really happy, and will definitely use JP on future projects. For what it's worth, we thought the two of them were just very kind people - a nice plus when you have people in your house for multiple days on end.

JP did an incredible job he remodeled 3 out of 4 bathrooms, replaced our fireplace tiles, hung/wired my TV & speakers, added new pendants and chandeliers, replaced lights over my bathroom mirrors. He took his time and was careful & thorough. I fully trust him and would 100% recommend him to anyone doing remodeling work.

I am very pleased with the kitchen backsplash install and work that was done. It was obvious that they had a truly professional understanding of their craft. They helped me understand that I needed a finish tile on one of the edges, something I had no experience with. They worked in a timely and on time manner. I highly recommend JP Tile for future work.

We hired them to install tile around our new gas fireplace. They came out quick for the quote, then came out only a few days later to do the install. They were super friendly and professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The install turned out beautiful!! I totally recommend them for any project big or small.
