The technician was on time and completed the work agreed upon. I was very impressed with his honesty in regards to my panel. He examined it and made sure it was up to code and did not try to upsale me on something that I did not need. He did send me a quote for the other items that I requested and did not try to upsale me when he came back for the job.

JRC responded quickly to my request for electric recliner chair repair. This was a big deal for me, but a minor deal to an electric repair company. JRC treated as a major deal and was out next day. The electrician repaired my recliner quickly and I was back in my lazy chair. I will call them the next time I have an electrical issue, large or small.
