JR Roofing did a superior job on my home at a fair price. I was impressed that they took photos to show me why my roof was in need of repair and explained the process in detail. I had a difficult request regarding a skylight and the owner worked patiently with me to insure I was happy with the final result. I needed to get a new roof on my house before I could get Solar before the end of the year. JR Roofing gave me the best Customer Service and most conscientious work on my roof. They were timely and got my roof taken care of within two weeks! They were able to find and fix long-term problems that had to do with my HVAC system, as well.They also gave me the best quote. Still a couple weeks away before work can start, but I have signed the contract and made deposit after meeting with one of the owners of JR Roofing. They have a much better product with extensive warranties for both materials and workmanship.

The two owners, both named JR, were delightful to work with and so was the Project Manager, Angela. They are honest, professional, responsive and reliable. Their crew led by Miguel did a great job. The crew came when they said they would, cleaned up every day and completed the work on schedule. They use high quality materials , are GAF certified and they didnt nickel and dime me. When I identified a concern, they fixed it right away. I would highly recommend them!

JR Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end. The honest, straight-forward bid was accompanied by photos of problemed areas. Their proposal was based on a do it right the first time philosophy, and they still provide a warranty. Pricing was competitive. Communication was quick and reliable. They did everything my HOA required. The roof itself was completed very quickly once the tiles were delivered. It was beautifully done. JR came out and gave me an estimate for my roof repair. He Explained the quality details and options that were available thoroughly and broke down those details that I didn’t understand so I did in a much better way. I signed the contract and the repair was started that week. They called me checking on the progress and made sure I was happy with the final product. Hopefully I don’t have to but if I need them I would hire them again tomorrow! Don’t hesitate to use these guys.
