J. Rush Home Improvements is a full service home improvement company. We provide costumers with all of their home improvement needs from remodeling to landscaping and everything in between. We specialize in bathrooms, kitchens and basement finishing. We also offer deck and patio installation. We are father-son owned and operated, we are on every remodeling job. You do not have to worry about work being contracted out. We do everything ourselves with the help of some laborers. No need to worry about who is going to be in your home as we will always be there. They work was poorly done. He used supplies that I had for repairs. When I call, he never calls back. I believe he took one of my cords and never returned it.

The guy I met with was great from the company.  The person who came to do the work was not great.  Very nice but didn't show up the day I was told but came the next date.  That didn't really bother me because I didn't need to be home for it.  Just thought the overall work was ok to marginal at best.  The lattice work wasn't very good.  We couldn't afford the person I wanted to go with but know I regret the decision. <br />

It didn’t work out as I originally intended as there was a lot of rain and they weren’t able to get in to do the aeration and treatment of the kind of the weeds needed to be treated that early in the year.  They substituted with a different treatment later that Spring.

It went very well. I purchased the aeration in February and the coupon said you must have the service by August 31, 2014. I  e-mailed them and requested a visit in September if possible and they honored that request.  Very professional workers. <br />

As is common with Angie's List special deals, the service was extremely over subscribed and the process was not executed until the winter had passed, the 2014 spring rains subsided and the lawn was finally aerated.  I saw no seeding or fertilization on the lawn or the driveway. It was not worth the time and effort to call again and have the issue resolved.  I will probably use them again, but will take time off from work to closely supervise the actions and insure I receive everything I am paying for. <br />
