Excellent work, on time, reasonable price.

Hired company to begin work to begin work first week of july 2018. Did not complete work as of 3rd week of October 2018. First few days on job oversprayed onto roof and foundation requiring a settlement with their insurance company for replacement of roof and cleaning of foundation. Owner had a part time painter who moonlighted doing paint work for him. Part time painter quit job and contractor left me to plead with him to show up to finish job which he promised to do but would only show up pretty much on a few weekends and then leave to take care of his other work. Finally he hired o new part time painter who left after half a day because owner did not supply him with enough paint to finish one full day of work and the work that he did was not prepared properly and the paint he applied started peeling after application. I had to ask the owner to cease all work at the end of october because of predicted weather below manufacturers suggested application temperatures. I attempted to work with the owner to salvage this job after I payed him for most of the total quote beyond our original agreement with correspondence that he ignored for weeks at a time. Finally after he returned this spring looking for more money, I told him that he was done and that I was considering legal action to recoup the cost of repairing the damages due to his shoddy work.This entire process has been a nightmare for me. It didn't have to be that way but, the owner refused to not honor a majority of his commitments to me and refused to acknowledge the degree of damage and shoddy workmanship,

Jeorge rewired the entire house to code, replaced cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen, plumbing and other smaller jobs around the house. He did a great job and I really appreciated the fact that he always kept in touch, to give me updates on how the job was progressing. I was not living at the house at the time and I totally trusted him to show up and get the job done. He also took out his own time to explain things and to make sure I knew what was expected of him. His prices were very fair and I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

We did use them.  They are excellent.  I would use them again if I needed them and they are local.  They were very thorough, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves.  There was no debris left.  This is the kind of person you would want if you want some work done.  They came in the house, it didn't take them long, and they knew what they were doing.  We didn't have any problems.  They were very polite.  They were very reasonable on price.  They were very good.

Jeorge is easy to work with. He is a straight shooter and keeps you informed. He even shored up some gutters as he was replacing the soffits. The work went smoothly in spite of several periods of rain. The quality of the work is very good. He and his helper worked quietly - no music or cursing. I would definitely consider him for any other construction related work.

Jeorge painted the exterior of a rather large, old family house during the summer of 2015. He was delayed due to rainy weather, but took care to get the color right and made many helpful recommendations and some additional carpentry along the way. We did the whole thing remotely, with Jeorge also consulting with a neighbor. I felt in very good hands. The end result was excellent. Thanks!

Jorge and crew were wonderful! They did everything from rewiring things in the house to fixing damaged siding. Absolutely beautiful work. They built new steps for the front and back of my house that are far nicer than I could have imagined. They were all wonderful to have around, prompt, professional, courteous and most importantly very skilled. They went above and beyond! I will absolutely be using them for future projects. <br />

Everything was great. Jorge and Jason came to my house on time for an estimate. We met them at the Oneonta Builders show at the mall. The price was about what we expected to pay, so we hired them the next day. They showed up about a week later and began the work. They had the stairs taken out and the new ones in the first day, with most of the wall and built and drywall applied. The next day  was painting, finish carpentry and they even bought me a mounting bracket for my big screen TV (as a gift for us using them) attached it to thwe wall and connected my television. Any little thing my wife and I were concerned about was taken care of immediately. It was an overall pleasant experience in this day and age where you hear about home improvement ripoffs. We wolud recommend them highly to anyone looking for remodelers. <br />
