"Mr C has said things completely False and defamatory to my Business and completely inaccurate I did NOT defraud him. All materials were delivered to his house with in my vendors delivery time frame dates . I started the tear out days after signing contract . NOT 3 weeks afterwards . I have continually have tried multiple times to straighten out issues and work out any problems or just have a conversation in explain what we are finding as the job presents changes with MR C as I would do with any of my clients. I hire a professional to do the Plumbing work as a sub contractor He the plumber has the tools and deal with it on a daily bases which is a great service and not a detriment towards a clients best interest and I do not charge any more for that service ,as any contractor has the authority to hire subs to do the work . However I do charge for other addendums that we find out like rot damage or electrical surprises or plumbing that is with in the hidden walls that needs to be moved or redirected or repaired . I leave the job sight broom swept and clean I did staged my tools and materials in the garage and in the closet .I plastic off the area due to the dust that I know that construction does produce The allegations of the plumbing reversal I tried to have my plumber come back and resolve the issue if true which the client wouldn't let me come back to the house to get my tools or check his allegation of plumbing reversal Hot and Cold water supply which my plumber and I were more then willing to resolve it if it was true. But was never allowed to come in and examine the issue for our selves . I had to call for a police stand by escort to get back my tools he held them hostage for a month and wouldn't let me come back and get them or to investigate the allegations of the plumbing issue . The officer allowed me time to get my tools .It went well and civil I picked up my Tools and haven't been back since . I have my clients best interest in mind and willing to do what ever it takes to make things go as smooth as possible with in reason. I strive to make things right with anyone that would be reasonable and understanding I am more then willing to rectify any issue that comes up as I have with any of my past client and that procedure hasn't changed Client chose a different route. I have plenty of satisfied clients in my reviews there is always going to be one that no matter what you do they just aren't happy this is one of those clients ."

The vanity was sitting in the room and not installed when she measured the walk way and could easily moved to the exceptionable distance measurement to walk past and allow the door to properly open . We discussed where the shower was going to go and sizes prior to installing it. I walk my clients through the projects and keep them informed as we find things that cant be foreseen . Clients should be understanding I didn't create the problem. I am there to fix it .We opened up a wall where a window was going to go and found a post there that was holding up the second story and at that time need to bring in a engineer to redesign the issue client choose to not do that."
