A master and first class crook! Dishonest and a liar. hired for a new system installation. I asked him to hook up the rotorhead at a later time so heavy equipment bringing topsoil don?t damage them. He insisted on getting paid in full or he finishes everything then. I reluctantly paid him in full, and when it was time to finish, he would not reply to messages or answer calls until 5 days later, when his reply came in the form of a screenshot of the plumber?s invoice asking me to pay it (mind you, it was in his name and also overdue) after which he would come finish the job. The plumber?s fee was clearly part of the total price that he quoted and which he?s already received! He was surprised by that bill and thought he would sucker me into paying it. I ended up installing the heads and controller myself, but there was a leak somewhere in the system. I reached back to him and offered to pay half the plumbers invoice. He initially agreed to come back, but never did.

Went very well. Had 5 zones put in and when finished the yard was put back just the way found it. Very professional I would definitely hire again.

Very professional. Communication was good. Does what he says is going to do. Works every day until job is done. His estimates are very good. Even after job is completed you can call and he answers and is there’s any problem he shows up asap and troubleshoots anything. Like I said, He’s very professional.

Our installation overall went well. Jason was very professional and extremely polite. Because he’s a one-man/family, small operation, scheduling was a bit tricky and the project took longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. We are pleased with our irrigation system.

Jason is very reliable and knowledgeable. He does an excellent job of opening and closing our sprinkler system. He has reminders on when the system needs to be opened and closed. We broke a sprinkler head and he came out that day and fixed it! Awesome service and very trustworthy!

My old system was shot, every year was spent chasing one problem after another. Then I met JSI. They were the first company to tell me the truth, and recommended a new installation. I was leaking so much water that I had a lake under my garage. I agreed with his assessment and am happy with my new hassle free system. Thanks Jason!
