JS Landscape and excavation

we had a weird request: getting a stub out from the water main the median strip in front of our house so that we could install a drip system for raised beds that we plan to install. we requested a ton of quotes from a list provided by anji (stupid rebranding) & js landscape was on the high end *but* their estimate was really detailed (& even included pictures!) so it was obvious they knew what they were doing. after approving the estimate, they scheduled a time only few days later, showed up when they said they would, did the work *plus* an additional thing i forgot to ask them about initially, cleaned up extremely well, & explained everything they did. i'd also like to add that the person we dealt with was extremely personable, professional & knowledgeable. we have future plans for our backyard & will definitely use them.

Carlos was amazing. He was prompt on visiting and providing a quote. He did what he said he would do. I had contacted two other contractors come to my house and they just didn’t communicate with me. Carlos came out and sent me a quote that evening. On the job, Carlos and his team were amazing. Carlos worked with me to design my sprinkler system and then they worked their tails off putting it in. I even had neighbors comment how hard they worked. My sprinkler system is great. The controls and access is easy to get to and my lawn has never been this green during the summer. I cannot say enough how amazing Carlos has been. When I was thinking of just an email exchange about preparing the system for the winter, Carlos came and taught me how to do it.

They did a pretty good job and met my expectations.
