Our bonus room is above the garage, but connected to rest of the single-level house by stairs. It was always 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, so we had JSM put in a ductless system for that room. They were reasonably priced, did quick turnaround, and had very polite staff. So, nice to have a 73 degree office instead of 87 degrees! An added effect that we did not anticipate is that the rest of the house no longer needs a de-humidifier! Humidity DOWNSTAIRS went from 60% in the summer down to 45%.

Personable, punctual and offered efficient customer service. Quickly identified the issue (capacitor) and was able to replace the part with new stock from the truck. Gave us helpful tips for how to get the most remaining life out of our older unit. Service was reasonably priced, as was the part. Would happily recommend to anyone having cooling issues with their HVAC unit.

So very friendly and kind. So very fast. I couldn't believe they came out on a Sunday and a holiday weekend! I made an appointment for 2 hours after I called. They were on time. The technician found the problem right away and had fixed it in half an hour.

Our heat pump had not been working correctly since we purchased the home 3 years ago. I finally called JSM Heating and Cooling. We had a fast response and found that unit was wired incorrectly. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely use again.

I cannot say enough about Josh and Bobby. I had never used Angie's List before. They returned our call immediately and came to our house within an hour. During the Covid-19 they were very aware of the precautions to take entering our home. They were so very nice. We decided to replace the unit. They handled every bit of it with expertise and ease.
