J’s Painting

Hired James to paint 5 rooms in my daughters new home. I received three different quotes and hired James as he was very reasonable and did an outstanding job. The other quotes were not in the ballpark so James was the man for the job. You will not be disappointed hiring James.

Hire James now!!! I was moving from ATL to Providence and the house I was moving into was not the best. I was in a hurry to get a painter there as soon as I could - not only did he meet me on a random Sunday to get the keys to the house, he legit did everything for me. It's hard to trust someone when you are in another state trying to move your family up. He took care of us like we were his own. He worked hours and hours each day to ensure when we arrived here our place was painted from top to bottom. The transformation was unreal. It looked like a whole new place. I can't thank him enough. I will hire him for all my paint jobs moving forward - and so should you!!!!!

We hired this painter to do our kitchen, and he did a fantastic job. The work was tidy, professional, and he paid close attention to details. I’d definitely recommend James.

I will hire James again absolutely to do any future painting projects. He is thorough, efficient, well-priced, and a delight to work with. He is thoughtful and earnest, as well as honest and reliable. We had him paint our kitchen (where the counters were brandy-new and very white, and he left them in pristine condition after painting the whole kitchen, not an easy task!), including a chalkboard wall and a lot of trim; he did an awesome job and it looks great. He then did one bedroom, including trim and the doors in the bedroom, and again - fantastic job, thorough and great to work with throughout. We will definitely call James again when we have any paint projects!

Highly recommend. James’ work was excellent. He was clean, neat and efficient. He also did a great job fixing dings and damaged areas of the walls. He even painted an extra large wall at no extra cost. He takes pride in his work and truly wants his customers satisfied with his work. I am planning hiring him again to paint my basement.

Great, J was timely in with communication. I'm on a budget James explained various paint options regarding the paint used and the level of work that would be required if I went with a similar versus a totally different color. My stairway has very high walls for painting and unfortunately I had damaged the walls moving furniture. I'm pleased to say that services were delivered on time, for the estimated price, and the works great. I would enthusiastically recommend J for work as a painter. FYI I have no prior relationship to J, he just did a great job! When I get the coin for the master bedroom job you'll be hearing from me. Thanks!!!

James was super communicative. He was able to come to the house and give us a quote within the day and then he was able to start a couple of days later. We were on a tight schedule so him being that flexible was extremely beneficial. He answered a million of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our ultimate decision. Not to mention he has great prices. I shared his contact information with my family members so that they could use his services in the future.

James did a wonderful job! He helped me to prepare for an upcoming lead inspection. He not only painted interior walls, but he patched walls where needed, and fixed some really problematic areas in my rear hallway. He stayed on task and was cost effective.

I am giving James Golden 5 stars for his high quality of work and for his very reasonable price. He is very flexible to work with and the next time I need indoor painting, James will be the first person I call.

James was great to work with! He was efficient, communicated before, during and after the project well, and did great work. He did our master bedroom, laundry room, living room, hallways, dining room, and kitchen all in less than a week. We would absolutely recommend him to others and use him again for painting projects!

James painted nearly my entire condo (living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom), including trim, ceilings and closets. The prior occupants left many nail holes and larger holes for electronics. James patched everything and the place looks beautiful. He was quick, professional and he cleaned after each job. I recommend James without hesitation.

James provided a detailed estimate and worked with us in trying various color samples. All work were done well.

We hired James to stain our deck. He was invariably responsive, patient, and clear. And, equally if not more important, he did an excellent job! I plan to rehire James for future staining and painting jobs.

James is great outgoing and very affordable and does great work
