my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!

James was amazing to work with! We called him in the middle of the day with some water heater issues and he was willing to come the same day to replace it. He arrived in a timely manner and was ready to get to work. He worked fast and efficiently. He saw some issues of our area not being up to code and he made it up to code for us. I never leave reviews but he deserves nothing but 5 stars! If we have any other issues in the future we will definitely be returning to him!

He came and assessed the damaged. Then he said he needed parts, it being old it took a little while to find it. Then he put new part in cleaned the tub nicely. Plumber James was super polite and very competent. Would definitely hire again!!
