Jose personally contacted me immediately after I submitted the job request. He was very professional and courteous. He told me his earliest availability and set an arrival window. True to his word, he called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He cleared the clogged line and told me what he found. My toilet and bathtub are working like new. Payment was very simple. I’m big on professional and service relationships. Jose will be my family’s plumber going forward.

Jose was awesome! Pretty big job, had to cut into my brick wall and replace main drainage line. Pipe was leaking out into the foundation of my home, then over time ended up flooding my kitchen and dinning room. Pipe replaced, brick wall fixed and all is well! Quick response time and fast repair!

The job was done correctly from what I can tell, but they rescheduled with me multiple times and missed appointments without calling or texting. I had to reach out to them. They didn't smooth the dirt out where they had dug in my yard, but I figured I'd just rather handle that detail. Nice guys. Work got done quick. But getting them out to my house to do the work took much too long.

Unfortunately, with the type of job that you had, we had to wait on the city to come do their locates which took them a bit longer than expected, which we have no control of . It is very upsetting on both parties when they don't respond quickly and efficiently. We did receive their confirmation email the same morning that we went out to repair your water system.
