This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard. Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

Very frustrating to work with these people. The project stalled waiting for a part and they disappeared. They do not respond to phone calls even when they promise to get back to you. I wanted to change the project but they have been unresponsive.

Installation went very well, but at the end I noticed the floor anchors are sticking out too much and the caps are not covering them. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!

Excellent. They were presented with some difficulties the tub installer did but they were able to repair and replace the tub drain. I was so pleased that I have used them again all my plumbing issues.
