DO NOT use this vendor. I paid him a $2,000 deposit for materials in July 2020. He delivered a roll off dumpster to the property but then he never showed up to perform the work. After countless excuses and several weeks of failure to perform I terminated the agreement and requested a refund of my deposit (less the dumpster fees). Justin apologized and admitted to spending the money on “other things”. He made several commitments to make payments to refund my deposit. It’s now November 2020 and I still haven’t received a penny and he no longer responds to my texts or emails. I strongly recommend you stay far away from Justin Trott and J&S Premier Powerwashing. I am reaching out to Angie’s List for assistance with a refund from this vendor.

Trust Justin and Co! I rec’d bids and their price was extremely competitive. At first I was apprehensive, but when they showed up on time, did a professional job (I’m a DIY guy and can tell) and did it for a lot less than the big company names, I was sold. The project turned out so well I’m hiring them for more fencing and custom woodwork. The price is right and the communication is excellent. Good folks here, they’ll treat you right.

Justin the owner indicates that he could complete the project within a week. We gave him money for all the material to include material electrical wiring. He set a date to start and was unable to begin that day. During the time he was suppose to put the fence he had sever emergencies in the family. The only thing up in two weeks were post. We spoke and agreed that we would stop working with him. He brought all the material he had for us. This material included individual pickets and 4x4s. I tried to get other companies to assist and I was quoted twice as much because they needed to remove the post that Justin placed! Not one of the post were aligned. I explained this to Justin and he spoke to my husband and assured he would finish it by the following Monday. Justin stayted he would make it right since it was his name on the line. Well Monday came and Justin had to reschedule. He said he hurt his back. They begun again and his nephew got sawdust in his eye. No eye protection so they had to stop work go to the hospital. Two more weeks still only post. We asked Justin about the alinement of the post and he stated there were roots in his way so he could not do straight lines! Justin has another emergency and had to stop again. I asked if he had a back up plan he said no. So we stopped services there. I do not have the material he said he would bring me. He did not show me receipts so that we could compare the amount I gave him verses the inventory. He could not provide that to me. This is over two months and I still had no fence and stuck with something that nobody would consider picking up. I had to finish the fence so we did what we could to place the pickets. It is still not done because we need material. He bought too much of one kind not enough of the other kind. I am ashamed of my fence as everyone comments who did this fence it is so crooked! This is my first house and he made it a horrible homecoming for me. I would never recommend his service or him. My house still has no gate still not closed out and it has cost me so much money. Please protect yourself.
