I had a recurring drain pipe clog, maybe 30' in, that I've had to have snaked annually. But this year I decided to try JSP instead of the other "roto" companies I usually use. After a large effort, Joe got it flowing again, but here's what makes him special. He could have left after the water drained, I would have been content, but he went way above and beyond by getting into the main trap of the house. This is not an easy job by any means, you should have seen it. Laying on his stomach and stretching his body into a pit, digging his hands into a trap that probably hasn't been touched in decades, and pulling out the grossest globs of stuff I've ever seen. But you see, the water was already flowing, he didn't have to do that, but his sense of diligence is very strong and he persevered until it was completely clean. I've never had any professional work so hard, it was amazing. You can't go wrong hiring this guy. He also could have charge a lot more than he did, but he had quoted a number before he arrived and didn't want to stray too far. He is truly a decent guy and I recommend him highly.

I contacted the company on a drainage problem. Joe answered the phone and arrived same morning. He gave me an estimate up front and a choice between two options. The problem turned out to be bigger than expected requiring a return call next day. Joe did the job required successfully with the original quote. He is equipped with modern equipment and know-how that we have not seen others use. We used three local plumbers over recent years. JSP is our best experience and will use them again for some additional work that we need done.

We didn't think we were having much luck when the tenant in our rental house called early on a Sunday morning to tell us the sinks were backing up. We called several local plumbers but they were not responsive. Our luck changed for the good when we called JSP Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Despite the fact it was early on Sunday morning, the owner, Joe, answered on the second ring. Explained the problem and he said he would be there in an hour. Joe showed up in less than an hour and went straight to work. The initial problem proved to be part of a bigger problem as the rental is an older house and had been renovated a few times. Joe reassured us and said he would find the problem and fix it. Joe was true to his word, he is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen and he knows his craft well. He has state of the art equipment, knows when and how to use it and because of his experience, knows how to fix it. I will not hesitate to call him again should we need his services and I will recommend him to my family and friends also. I should add that his fees were very reasonable and that he was very responsive, was at the job when he said he would be there and always keep us informed. Lastly, Joe is a veteran. He answered the call when our country called and he'll answer your call.

I found Joe, a veteran, online and decided to give him a call. His business was a good 30 minutes away, so I wasn't sure if he would even take the job. He was friendly and understood my concern over the phone, gave me a hour window for arrival, and arrived on the early side of when he said he would. He snaked out the both drains within 30 minutes and cleaned up all traces that he was even there. Knowing what the big named companies charged for this service, I had gone to the bank and prepared to take the financial hit I was sure was coming, but Joe's price was so reasonable, I didn't know what to say. I even tried to give him more money than he was asking, but he handed it back to me. I was so thankful that I made the call to Joe. I'm still speechless, but now have a guy, that I would leave the key with and enthusiastically recommend, to anyone with a drain issue. Just awesome!!!

Joe was able to unclog the line. We were very happy because we felt he was very honest and did not overcharge us.
