Very courteous,, professional, on time and very reasonable in price. I highly recommend this Company.

This started off promisingly, but what he told me would happen did not take place. Afterwards, when I called to ask him to fix the grading problem, he said that he did what he said he would do and refused to offer to return and regrade the area that he dumped subsurface material in. Day after he completed the work, it rained hard and the water still collected in the same area that I hired him to fill and level so it would drain away from the house. He told me that there were no guarantees when he took the job, so he would not do anything more without charging additional payments. He took the job initially only if I paid cash and would not accept a check or credit card; that should have been a red flag, but he sounded like he knew what he was doing. He is not the right person to do land regrading or water flow projects.

Expedited the work speedily and efficiently. And at a reasonable price. A good experience with Carter's company. Work is always done right, and if he misses something he has no qualms with returning, even after he has been paid. Old fashioned Honesty and Integrity.

I seen Carter Stump grinding flier on a telephone pole and the rest is history. His been out to my home twice and will be coming back a third time Jen the ground dries up. Great guy and his equipment is 2nd to none. Tracks didnâ t tear up my yard. Look forward to working with him again.
