Excellent workmanship but I would not hire them again and I am quite sure they are aware of the reason considering I contacted them regarding it and had complete radio silence afterwards. Pity, they did very good work.

They were super knowledgeable and I could tell the are experts. They did a flawless job and made sure I liked it all! I would highly recommend them! They installed and put together three fans for me! They also did a tv mount in a tricky spot perfectly.

They did an excellent work. They were outstanding, very meticulous, always on time and finished the work the same day and I would definitely use them again in the future. when they give you the quote they rate the work the same day.

I hired J.S.T. Handy company on 12/21/20, They began work IMMEDIATELY, SAME day, NO waiting which is crucial because no one wants to wait Especially for a quote and No one wants to wait weeks out to get a job done, seriously. J.S.T. Handy wore masks, neatly dressed, VERY experienced, professional and Friendly, VERY RELATABLE to the customer, they even took me to 2 stores to help me buy what was needed at MY taste and desired safety and comfort level. They were very focused at MY needs and offered expert advice of a VARIETY of choices to get the project done when I could not make a decision. I shared my VISION and not only did they make that vision come True... they opened up a whole new door of possible visions for my project and I got to choose :-) This company is soooooooooooo Meticulous in their work. Oh my god the ATTENTION TO DETAIL is beyond outstanding, every crack and crevice was tended to, everything checked and rechecked, measured with such Precision and the level of EXCELLENCE is.. well there are NO words to describe it. They work ethic is a breath of fresh air, and they are ALWAYS on-time, extremely reliable and TRUST WORTHY with one's valuables laying around seriously. I was totally floored with this company and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. They are so professional, polite, accommodating to the customers NEEDS and sooooooooooooo EXCEPTIONALLY DETAILED in their Work of EXCELLENCE its like who does that??? No body but J.S.T. Handy. I was so happy I kept taking PICTURES thru out their work on my residential property of them working and watching my vision develop before my eyes it was amazinggggggggggggggg, WOW! I remember I kept saying oh my god WHO does that??? J.S.T. Handy does .. that's who! TRUST ME... coming from a person who has dealt with contractors who promise to show up at a certain time or on a certain date and there are horrible tardies and no shows and there is poor workmenship... this team at J.S.T. Handy is a breath of fresh air... its like they SHOW you how you as a customer SHOULD be treated and VALUED. J.S.T. Handy is the Team you want for your project, its like oh my god WHERE did they come from? They came from EXCELLENCE in their craft with yearsssssssssssssss of experience and OUTSTANDING customer service skills that makes the customer feel right at home. When the project was done and the whole thing ONLY took 1.5 to 2 days I was flooredddddddddddddddd... its like WHO does that? J.S.T. Handy does that. They are the example of EXCELLENCE that OTHER Companies need to learn from, SERIOUSLY and I thank God I found them on Angies List. J.S.T. Handy will ALWAYS be my priority Team that I hire to do my projects. ohhhhhhhhhhhh and at MY request they also remove the chandelier light fixture to a regular light fixture and I was sooooo pleased. When their work was done and COMPLETED and done ON-TIME as promised the result was and STILL is soooooooooo amazing. Not only is the finished project beautiful beyonddddddddddd measure .... it also made me FEEL very SAFE and SECURE in my own home whereas I didn't feel that way before they arrived to give me a quote. WHAT impressed me the MOST about this company??? Answer: I made it VERY CLEAR in my written description and my verbal phone calls to various companies on Angies List that I wanted this project done in one or two days and I didnt want to wait for days and weeks down the line because a company was backed-up with current projects and appointments and not only did J.S.T. Handy call me IMMEDIATELY first thing in the morning, they actually CAME TO MY HOUSE first thing in the morning to give me a quote the same day.. WHO does that??? J.S.T. Handy does!!! and then after really LISTENING to what I wanted done and not only stating they could DO the job, they even offered OTHER POSSIBLE visions as well to give me a variety of choices to fit my vision and budget and gave me options that I didnt even think of which was amazing and the icing ON the cake was "WE CAN START IT TODAY RIGHT NOW IF YOU LIKE" .... I was like what???????????????? Today???? it was like oh my God I love them!!!! NO waiting? wowwwwwwwwww... yep that was an incredible experience of an: Immediate reply, on-time, professional, experienced, relatable, OUTSTANDING customer service and a level of EXCELLENCE that you will be talking about to your friends and family for yearsssssssssssss to come. Thank you for reading my long review. I never dreamed that a company that provides a service could EVER be this good. Not only are they Exceptional in what they do... they are and show their gratitude in having YOUR business. So if you want this level of EXCELLENCE then hire J.S.T. Handy or at least let them come give you a quote and you will SEE and HEAR what I am talking about and you can thank me later :-) It is now 12/24/20 and I am not thinking of getting a NEW garage door.. like an UPGRADE and whose name came to mind? Immediately it is: J.S.T. Handy!!! why? Because when a RARE GEM of EXCELLENCE and Attention to DETAIL and Outstanding and reliable customer service comes INTO your life, you will never forget it and WILL want it again... that is J.S.T. I have used their services three times now, and will call them again when needed. John was very communicative, was clean, competent, and I felt comfortable even leaving him alone in my house. I found him to be a genuine person, and a good hard-working young man. I have engaged him to put together furniture, run coaxial cable through walls, build shelves, paint the interior of closets, drywall mud and texture, as well as some other miscellaneous smaller items that I really needed a younger person (who was not afraid of heights) to help with. I would feel comfortable engaging him for just about anything that a home needs to stay in good shape, or to improve the property simply to put a smile on my face when I get home! I thought he did a good job, and, I think it is rare to find a service that shows up when they say they will, not cancel on me three or four times, and be willing to do what I would consider some small tasks that the average homeowner should be able to do themselves (but maybe can't, or simply would prefer a professional to take care of). If I ever make the decision to expand my exterior deck, or paint the exterior, I will absolutely consider these guys (probably my next larger projects). I have only worked with John thus far, but I consider myself a fairly good judge of character, and my guess is that John's partner is very similar in character. John was happy to have the work, and I was happy that I had someone reliable and trustworthy to do the work.

John did a great job with everything I needed repaired. I will definitely be calling him for my other property maintenance as well as referring him to other clients amd friends.
