I called the company to come out and repair a functioning dryer that was not heating.  He explained his $79 service charge policy (if i got the repair done the same day, then the $79 would be absorbed into the repair) and i agreed.  He proceed to diagnose and told me it was the door assembly and it would cost $249 plux tax.  I told him to go ahead and repair. He completed the repair, i signed paperwork, paid and he left.  I proceeded to put my 1st load in the washer, then the dryer.  It ran for over 30 min and still not heat.  I called him back no answer.  I texted him  and still no answer.  I called him the following day and his son answered and proceded to tell me that the repair was done and they have done their job.  After arguing for 30 min that it was still not drying and he told me he would come back out Monday.  They never showed. I called them again and they said he was going home, but would stop by.  He opened the dryer and within literally 5 min had the broken heating element out. I asked why he did not repair while out on the first time and was told they fixed had fixed the problem and i had signed off.  After arguing again and being called crazy, my husband had to step in paid them another $30 to complete the repair and leave. <br /> Needless to say this is not an experience that went well and would definitely would not recommend or hire these people again. <br /> Please be aware. <br />

I called these guys because they were Viking certified. Tony came out and said that my refrigerator was leaking freon and that he could either flush it and put more freon in it for $500 which may solve the issue for a long time or short time depending upon size of the leak; or he could replace parts for about $3,500 and it would definitely be fixed. I chose the $500 option. They also looked at my dryer and said that it needed cleaned out, I said go ahead and do that. It took them less then 2 hours to do this work and cost me a total of $779.10  <br /> Two weeks later....the Viking was having the same problem. I called him he came out and said that they now would need to do the $3K+ work, I told him that I may replace it, he said that they cost $10K to replace and I should just fix it, I told him I would call him. That night I found it on the internet for $5500.  <br /> I decided to have another company fix the Viking who was non-certified. They did a system seal on the unit and it cost me only $800 and it's been working great now for over a month. Today 7/23/13 I had the dryer go out and called the same company who truly fixed the Viking to look at it and they found that the high limit fuse was blown because the inside of it is restricted with lint. They cleaned it out replaced the fuse for $125. I wish I could post pictures of how clogged it was. <br />

They diagnosed that  the broken dishwasher door needed a spring..  They came back and installed the spring.  When we called to tell them the door was still broken, they told us they would order another part for $280.   After paying $200.00, we did not trust them to order more parts. <br />

This is the first negative review I have ever written.  I would not be writing if I wasn't so seriously abused.  He was (well) paid for 10 minutes worth of work.  His guarantee was only for 30 days. <br /> It clogged again on June 6 - he refused to service disposal - he would only sell us new one for $389, but would deduct the $175 first visit as his "guarantee" thus costing an additional $214.  I said I could buy the unit for $100 and install myself  - he wanted to get paid twice for the same repair.  Their answer to this was that they were not a non-profit organization. <br /> The key point is the 30 day guarantee (which is the shortest guarantee I ever heard of) was no guarantee at all. <br /> In addition, they were rude - nasty rude, arrogant ("I get no business from Angie's List so who cares what you write") and downright impossible to deal with.  Never again - beware!  <br />

The price to come out for a service call was a little higher than I'd gotten from other shops ($89 vs. $60) but he took it off the labor so it ended up being cheaper than some of the other non-refundable service charges. Best of all it didn't include any of the "I"ll show up when I want and charge however much I want" attitude I got from other  vendors. Highly recommended. <br />

He did very well.  We have used him a couple of times.  The guys name is Tony and he is the owner.  He comes himself.  I know he has a crew but he happened to come to our house both times.  He seems very reasonable and competent.  He did a very nice job for us.

Tony called before heading to the house.  Was there on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the condensor motor.  Within an hour the job was completed.  Great job. <br />

FROM WHEN I CALLED AND GOT A VERY PLEASANT PERSON ANSWERIING THE PHONE TO THERE PROFESSIONALISM WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME  JT APPLIANCE INC WILL BE MY APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY    I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM AND NOT ONLY WILL I USE THEM AGAIN  BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Very professional. Described problem with refrigerator. Burned control board kept compressor from cooling refrigerator.Replaced control board. Cleaned up nicely. Would use again. Thanks

They were very responsive and professional.  They were able to overnight the part from up north for me.  They had it installed the next day.  My refrigerator is working great now!  I even tipped them $25.  There aren't too many technicians out there that can work on a Dacor.  Tony Dominguez was the technician and he was wonderful!!
