I have never had such a bad experience with a contractor as I have had with J&T Garages. I had hired them to frame out and install a 2 car garage for me and they did a horrific job. The glulam beam which was installed for structural support was hacked to pieces in several spots. It did not seem as if John and his crew knew what they were doing. Over time my ceiling/roof has begun to sag! I have attempted to reach out to J&T Garages to repair the damage. Their communication and customer service skills are non existent. John has verbally told me he would repair the damage and even gave times/dates when it would be completed. It has been over a month and my roof/garage has yet to be corrected. I now have to hire a competent contractor to come out and fix their mistakes. Please do not use J&T Garages they are very unprofessional and uncommunicative.

We finished this job at the customers permission and guidance as to what we were doing the entire job. I advise this customer next time to listen to what people are telling you to do to get the job done right."

Job was done with no integrity, poor installation resulted in future issues. Now I need to hire another contractor to fix J&T Garages shoddy work.
