His pricing is fair, he’s quick to respond to questions, and he kept me fully informed throughout the entire process—from progress updates to materials being used. JT and his crew replaced an old, rotting deck with Trex, rebuilt one fence, and repaired another that didn’t require a full replacement. Most importantly, his crew shows up on time and completes the work efficiently—and does it well. That kind of reliability is hard to find. I’ll definitely be using JT again for future projects. Dryer wouldn't dry. Called in the morning and JT came out same day with workers. Worked on problem underneath house to resolve temporarily. Very friendly and am using them again to correct issue permanently. Thank you! A+++++++++++++++++++++

He could have easily convinced us to replace our bathroom floor and shower. But, he actually spent time finding the root of the problem and showed us the most cost effective way to fix our issues. I would highly recommend him!!!

Jimmy is truly outstanding! Since moving to Little Rock, we’ve relied on his services, and he has consistently proven to be a man of his word. He and his team are incredibly skilled, paying close attention to detail to ensure everything is done right. The quality of his work is exceptional!

We used Jimmy Thomas for a floor replacement in our den. On the day of installation, Jimmy brought his crew here and three or four times that they came back to check on them. They did a very good job. He also brought in a different team to do the caulking. It worked out well we were use him again.

Jimmy put in a laminate floor for us and it looks great. They had to float part of to overcome an uneven floor issue and it turned out well. Checked on his crew three or four times that day. Done in a day. Will use again!

JT’s Home Repair did such a wonderful job on my home. Soffit repair, facia replacement, pillar replacement, and repair, Back porch, re-screened and replacement of rotted board due to water. And termite damage. Entire house repainted, including brick. Gutters added. When I called for an estimate, James answered on the second ring and came the same day to assess the repair work. He stayed in contact with me over the next week and came A couple more times for additional measuring and planning. He broke down the cost of each additional repair so I could prioritize and budget. For a project this big that is extremely helpful and necessary. I am already dreaming about what I can do to my kitchen with JT’s Home Repair for our next project. Thank you, everyone on the team.

Terrible. They decided took a pole saw and a screwdriver.l ( possibly other stuff) Went through my belongings. Did not clean up and did not complete repairs. The owner was rude
